The request to advertise for this project was approved on October 22, 2019, which was <br />prior to the adoption of Ordinance No. 10693-19 the by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend on November 12, 2019, and approval by the Mayor on November 13, 2019. <br />The bidders ranked as follows:. <br />Bidder Base Bid Total <br />1.
