The funds are <br /> to be used to support staff costs for planning activities in the Enterprise Community <br /> geographic area (census tracts 4,5,6,18,19,20,21,23). Anticipated activities are: <br /> inventory of buildings and infrastructure (including property, quality, and condition); <br /> surveys of current and potential business owners; marketing plans for specific buildings; <br /> utility assessments; computer maps; coordination of training programs for area <br /> residents.
