BILL NO. 0:q3-615 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $37,000 RECEIVED FROM THE <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR ENTERPRISE <br /> COMMUNITY GEOGRAPHIC AREA PLANNING ACTIVITIES FOR THE <br /> PROGRAM YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1995. <br /> Statement of Purpose and Intent: <br /> In order to support planning activities for the Enterprise community geographic <br /> area, the Department of Community & Economic Development applied for, and was <br /> granted a planning grant. This ordinance will appropriate the use of those funds within <br /> the administrative budget of the Division of Planning & Neighborhood Development. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $37,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 212 for Program <br /> Year 1995, beginning January 1, 1995. <br /> SECTION II.
