<br />Change Order No. 1 to Rehabilitation Contract SECD /PR /CS -1/
<br />Commission approval was requested for this Change Order, wi
<br />Slatile Roofing & Sheet Metal Company, for an increase in
<br />contract amount of $250.00, (Contract: $6,930.00), or an
<br />amended total of: $7,180.00, for additional work, at: 615
<br />East Keasey Street, in the Community Development Housing
<br />Program.
<br />Mr. James L. Johnson, Jr., Chief Inspector, advised in his
<br />memorandum that the specifications conformed the first floor
<br />bathroom lavatory and plumbing. Since the time of the initial
<br />inspection, the lavatory has pulled away from the wall and broken
<br />and the drain line is clogged. The change order, in the amount
<br />of $250.00, is to replace the lavatory, install "P trap, unclog
<br />the tub drain, and repair the wall behind the lavatory and paint
<br />to match the existing color.
<br />Mr. Donaldson moved fdr the approval of Change Order No. 1 to
<br />Rehabilitation Contract SECD /PR /CS -1/06, with Slatile Roofing
<br />& Sheet Metal Company, for an increase in contract amount of
<br />$250.00, or an amended contract total of $7,180.00, with no
<br />change in contract time, in the Community Development Housing
<br />Program.
