OLD BUSINESS <br />None. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. <br />Public Disclosure for Disposition Parcel No. 6 -2, Plaza Park, <br />Project Indiana R -66: Mr. C. Wayne Brownell, Executive Direc- <br />tor, Department of Redevelopment, advised the Public Notice <br />was published on March 6, 1976, and the Affidavit by Ms. Doris <br />L. Woodruff, The South Bend Tribune, certifies the date of <br />publication. A copy was included in the packets. <br />Reading.of the Public Notice was waived by the Presiding <br />Officer, Mr. Donald A. Wiggins, Vice President. <br />Mr. Brownell advised the publishing of this notice is required <br />under HUD regulations for consideration of sale of land for <br />redevelopment. This involves Disposition Parcel No. 6 -2, which <br />is the Plaza Park - -a four (4) acre strip along the St. Joseph <br />River, from Jefferson Bridge to Monroe, including the bridge <br />which is being converted from a railroad bridge to the pedes- <br />trian bridge across the St. Joseph River. <br />DISPOSITION <br />PARCEL NO. <br />6 -1, ST. JOSEPH <br />RIVER BEND DE- <br />VELOPMENT CORP., <br />R -66 <br />AFFIDAVIT OF <br />PUBLICATION <br />Legal Counsel, Mr. Kevin J.
