Havens, Director, Com- MICHIGAN <br />munity Planning and Development Division, acknowledges re- ELECTRIC CO. <br />ceipt of the relocation claim we submitted to the Area Office RELOCATION <br />from Indiana & Michigan Electric Company. CLAIM, R -66 <br />Mr. Havens advised their relocation specialist was ill and <br />they did not know when she would return to work, but that <br />we can anticipate a response to our inquiry within thirty <br />(30) days. <br />Mr. C. Wayne Brownell, Executive Director, Dept. of Redevelop- <br />ment, stated the relocation specialist has returned to work <br />half days and we expect to hear from her. <br />HUD Area Office letter dated January 22, 1976: This letter, <br />over the signature of Mr. Stephen J. Havens, Director, Com- <br />munity Planning and Development Division, advises the Area <br />Office concurs in the amended proposal for audit services with <br />Goodson -Tyler and Associates, IPA. The cost of the audit is <br />an eligible project cost and shall be reflected in the admin- <br />istrative staff expense budget. Until such time as the budget <br />is adjusted to accommodate this expense, payment for the IPA <br />services may be made from project contingency funds.
