8. PROGRESS REPORTS (Cont'd <br />C <br />M <br />Non - Profit Group Report: The written report was submitted by <br />Mr. Kenneth J. Schaller, Project Director: As of September <br />30, there has been $10,000.00 allocated for the purchase <br />and rehabilitation of two homes. <br />Two grants were approved and awarded by the Redevelopment <br />Commission in their last meeting, under the Housing Rehabili- <br />tation Assistance Program: One to RENEW, Inc., for property <br />at 138 East Pennsylvania Avenue, and the second to RENEW, <br />Inc., Spanish Division, for property at 617 East Haney Street. <br />Both groups are working on the rehabilitation of the structures. <br />The contractural services budget remaining is: $40,000.00. <br />Original allocation was: $50,000.00. <br />Relocation Progress Report: The written report was submitted <br />by the Relocation Staff: <br />City -Wide: Remains same as previous report. <br />Southeast N.D.P. A -10: Workload is four families, two <br />individuals. All residents have been contacted <br />and are presently in process of looking for re- <br />placement housing in Southeast area. <br />Model Cities Extended Services: The one family remaining on <br />workload is expected to move within next three <br />weeks. <br />E -7 Neighborhood Development Program: Workload is one family, <br />two individuals,and staff is presently working <br />with residents. <br />Model Cities Sewer Separation: All residents have moved as of <br />September 25, 1975. <br />COMMISSION MEETING <br />NON- PROFIT <br />GROUP RE- <br />PORT <br />RELOCATION <br />PROGRESS <br />REPORT <br />The next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Commission will be at NEXT <br />10:00 a.m., Friday, October 17, 1975, in the Office of the Depart- COMMISSION <br />me 6t of Redevelopment.
