D� <br />1975 <br />UhU U <br />September 4, 1975 <br />Mr. Wayne Brownell, Executive Director <br />Department of Redevelopment <br />1200 County and City Building <br />227 West Jefferson <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />Re: Sou h Bend.Central Downtown Area <br />Urb n Renewal Area, Lot #6 <br />Dear Way e: <br />Pursuant to our meeting of Friday, August 29, 1975, in your office, please <br />be advised of our continuing interest in your progress and the following <br />timetable for our submittal. <br />On or be ore Friday, September 18, 1975, SSPF will submit to the Redevelop- <br />ment Committee the following items regarding our potential future involve- <br />ment: <br />1. <br />2 <br />3. <br />SSPF will prepare a General Development Plan showing the location <br />of all the proposed land uses, building placement, parking areas, <br />circulation (vehicular and pedestrian) and open space in sufficient <br />detail for your evaluation in determining the suitability of our <br />proposal. <br />SSPF will prepare and submit a development and construction time- <br />table which will depict, in written and graphic form, the location <br />and size of each phase of development, the estimated construction <br />costs, and the proposed timing of construction. <br />SSPF will prepare a financial pro forma for the project, indicating <br />the financial vehicle and /or participants in each phase of develop- <br />ment. <br />4. SSPF will prepare a professional team resume for all participants <br />on the development team who are not presently directly associated <br />with SSPF. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
