Butler, asked if the homeowners <br />are agreeable to the deletions, and Mr. Crighton advised <br />they are, and that they have been negotiating for about <br />a month and a half for the above. <br />Motion for the approval of the above change order was <br />made by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Cira and carried, <br />for the above requested changes, with no increase in <br />contract amount. <br />PROGRESS REPORTS <br />a. Contract II -E: Mr. Brownell advised the sidewalks and <br />sidewalk ramps are being put in and the work is approxi- <br />mately 90% complete. Photographs were shown to the <br />Commissioners for "before" and "after" completion. <br />b. Colfax /Pier Park Dredging Contract No. 1: Mr. Brownell <br />advised this contract, awarded to Nautilus Construction <br />Company, is approximately 90% complete.
