Brownell advised HUD representative, Mr. Richard Ball, inspected <br />he rehabilitation work on Parcels 19 -7 and 31 -18, along with our <br />inspector, and we have been requested to repair these as itemized on <br />he work sheets. <br />Parcel 38 -18, Mr. Brownell said water was going into the basement. <br />is was inspected by Mr. Wilcox and Mr. Batcho, and the work is <br />commended as noted on the work sheet. <br />lso, on Parcel 1 -13, the work is recommended as noted on the work <br />heet. <br />Wiggins moved for the authorization of the work, as noted above <br />A. Mr. Brownell advised <br />hat all forty -five (45) of the complaints are completed, with the <br />xception: <br />1) One complaint was received that Mr. Wilcox will check out <br />relating to a storm door complaint; <br />2) One other, we do not believe is our responsibility -- varnish <br />stain was placed over paint on cabinets and the homeowner is <br />requesting the varnish be removed and the cabinets be repainted. <br />This complaint will be checked out. <br />3) One complaint pending that is unresolvable is being handled by <br />our Legal Counsel. <br />- 17 - <br />REHAB. <br />WORK <br />AUTHORIZED, <br />R -57 <br />
