Kagel commended Mr. Wiggins for his hasty action, because "I can <br />foresee a copy of the Minutes of this meeting winding up i'n some <br />court case in the afore- not - too - distant future, and you are to be <br />congratulated in getting the Commission 'off the hook' on this post- <br />haste. <br />r. Farrand advised they are working on that to try to get it taken <br />are of, and will continue to do so.
