The awarding of this final set will commit <br />the balance of the original funding for this fiscal year. <br />Several requests for change orders have been submitted to the <br />Redevelopment Commission for approval in accordance with the <br />project guidelines. <br />During the coming weeks, the Southeast Office, located at 313 <br />.East Broadway Street, will be inspected, advertised and bids <br />accepted for its rehabilitation. <br />1) Relocation Progress Report: The Relocation Staff submitted <br />a written report, for the month of May, 1975: <br />Status of the following Projects remain the same as reported <br />in the progress report submitted for the month of April: <br />Orange- Colfax Connector <br />LaSalle Park Project, Indiana R -57 <br />N.D.P. BLOCK 6 PROPOSAL - INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTORS CO. <br />Mr. Brownell said Mr. Gordon E. Medlock, with International Construc- <br />tors Company, is in the audience and had called him earlier to come <br />to this meeting and suggest he and the Commissioners visit with him <br />to talk about the proposal they have for Block 6. <br />Mr. fledlock said we have advertised Block 6 for bid, and Block 6 <br />has iiot had a land -use designation change to permit them to bid as <br />they proposed.
