<br />Mr. Wiggins made the motion for approval as outlined above,
<br />seconded by Mr. Wade and carried, that Contract No. l for
<br />the Plaza Park be awarded to the low bidder, Nautilus Construc-
<br />tion Company, according to the base bid and alternates, as
<br />recommended by Lawson Associates, (as noted on page 8 of the
<br />Minutes). Base bid of $171,349.50, plus Alternates A, C, H,
<br />J, K, N, P, Q, S, T and U totalling $37,856.50, for a total
<br />award of $209,206.00; subject to Legal Counsel approval and
<br />HUD Area Office approval, and if approved, the Commission
<br />President: and Secretary authorized to enter into and execute
<br />contract.

<br />cussed and outlined in discussion with Contract No. 1, awarded CONTRACT
<br />above. NO. 3
<br />AWARDED TO:
<br />Mr. Brownell advised Lawson Associates also recommends we
<br />accept the contract bid of Colip Brothers, Inc., for award COLIP BROTHERS,
<br />as the low bidder, with a base bid of $10,932.80 and Alternate INC., R -66
<br />B in amount of $21,462.00, or a total award for this Contract
<br />3 of $32,394.80. This is a well - established electrical con-
<br />tractor.
<br />The bids received and publicly opened were:

<br />address system is included in this, and Mr. Brownell
<br />advised it is not included
<br />as we have had a problem with our
<br />money. We
<br />will do just what we
<br />have to do. There wtTl be no problem in
<br />putting it
<br />in later when funds
<br />are available.
