2. AL OF MINUTES (Cont'd Mr. Nimtz: Jeanne, I do not recall exactly what was omitted from the Minutes, but, really, as Don says, we try to let everyone talk here. In regard to that last meeting, sure, I tried to adjourn the meeting, and everyone kept saying something, and the meeting kept going on. So, I don't think there was any attempt to shut anybody off the last time. I "did not try to shut the people off, the last time, at all. We adjourned the meeting at 11 :20 a.m. Ms. Derbeck: I think you did say a couple of times that you were... ... (not audible) ... Mr. Nimtz: What ... What... Mr. Chenney: We can't hear you. Mr. Nimtz: No! No! I...the discussion would die down and then it would start again, and I just let everybody talk. There was no attempt to shut anyone off at all the last time, but...I don't get what you mean? Ms. Derbeck: As far as the Minutes go, I am merely making an observa- tion, and so you know! So that you know that I have made it for my own records for the Press, as far as it is concerned, to observe when I have to refer back to items reported. I made it, and that is it! I am not asking for the Commission to take any action. The Chair then asked if there are any comments concerning the MINUTES Min tes of the April 29, 1975, meeting by the Commissioners. There APPROVED, bei g none, Mr. Donaldson made the motion that the Minutes of the SPECIAL MTG. Spe ial Meeting of April 29, 1975, be approved.
