She had considered moving the bathroom downstairs; however, the cost quoted was too high for her considera- tion and the occupant agreed to another handrail on the other wall which will enable her to get upstairs easier. On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade and carried, Change Order No. l to Rehabilitation Contract No. 2, in the E -7 Project, was approved for an increase of contract price by $126.00. The kitchen sink, however, is chipped and rusted through, creating a health hazard. The staff's suggestion was that a new 54" sink base cabinet and stainless steel sink be installed.
