HUD letter dated February 20, 1975: This letter, over <br />the signature of Mr. Daniel B. Bowman, Acting Director, <br />Housing Production & Mortgage Credit Division, advised <br />Wage Rate Decision IN75 -2028, published in the Federal <br />Register by the Department of Labor, for the Paving <br />Force Account and Contractural Work on Curbs and Side- <br />walks, Phase II -E, Project Indiana R -66, is currently <br />in effect. <br />Ten (10) days prior to opening of bids or final contract <br />sales or award, we are to contact their office, in writ- <br />ing, for the updated wage decision and modifications. <br />HUD letter dated March 5, 1975: This letter, over the <br />signature of Mr. Albert G. Smith, Acting Director, <br />Community Planning and Development Division, advised <br />in response to our written request on the disposal of <br />LPA property, and clarification of the manual on RHA <br />7217.1, Chapter 1, Section 7, for property valued at <br />more than $500.00. <br />They advise that the LPA may elect to retain such pro- <br />perty, in which case it merely deposits to the credit <br />of the project an amount equal to the established fair <br />market value of the property.
