Change Order No. 1 to Rehabilitation Contract No. 17: CHANGE ORDER This contract is with the Madison Construction Company, NO. 1 TO for the rehabilitation of the dwelling at 230 East REHABILITATION Pennsylvania, in the Bureau of Housing Program, E -7. The CONTRACT NO. contract price is in the amount of $6,373.00, and the 17 APPROVED, request for the approval of this change order is for BUREAU OF changes in line items only- -with no increase in cost, HOUSING, E -7 nor time extension. The changes are: Delete: Upper and lower sash in bedroom #3.. $ 96.00 Repair above and below water meter.. 115.00 Total deletions ............... 211.00 Addition: Repair northwest corner of kitchen walls with 1/2 "drywall and paint two coats .......................... $ 56.00 Repair ceiling tile and paint two coats in kitchen (24 sq. ft.) ...... 36.00 Install drain and properly vent to kitchen sink in accordance with code. 119.00 Total additions ............... T 211.00 Above leaves the contract price unchanged. On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Donaldson and carried, Change Order No. 1 to Rehabilitation Contract No. 17 was approved with above line item changes, and contract price and time remaining the same. b.
