Williams & Associates, Inc.,
our joint - venture consultant, has requested authorization
to prepare an updated "As- Built" on the original tracings
from the marked up "As- Built" prints provided by the Con-
tractor on the River Bend Plaza. The estimated amount
quoted by Mr. Thomas A. Oesterling, representative for Clyde
E. Williams, is $1,400.00 for this work. Mr. Brownell ad-
vised the City Engineer believes the update should be done.
The work would be performed in accordance with the joint
venture contract, with the Department of Redevelopment,
dated May 15, 1970, under Article I -D (2.d), under "Con -
sultant's Additional Services," to be provided by written
authorization by the Owner:
(2.d) Furnish the Owner at completion of each
construction phase, "As -Bui t" drawings,
and measurement and computation of "As-
Built" quantities.
Mr. John R.
