7. <br />a <br />(SEAL <br />PROGRESS REPORTS (Cont'd <br />structed- -and it was a matter of time what was going to be <br />on -going as to whether the street would be taken care of, <br />or have the street repainted, and that this would be for <br />a short term. <br />Ms. Derbeck commented that even the supergraphic is waiting <br />on Associates, and Mr. Soltesz advised not only Associates; <br />it.is the half block also. We are ready to go with the half <br />block. Mrs. Allen has submitted a design, and the people <br />love it, and that is setting dormant at present. We are <br />hoping that all these things will become a reality. <br />f. Kresge Building: Mr. Karl King requested the time table on KRESGE BLDG., <br />the Kresge Building. R -66 <br />Mr. Brownell advised that is a private demolition being <br />handled by the National Bank on their own time table. They <br />requested permission to take down the five street lights. <br />They will request this in a letter. I &M will disconnect <br />the lighting and whoever takes it down will have to store <br />them and put it back up again. Mr. Pat McMahon said the <br />proper bonds and insurance certificates through the Build- <br />ing Department have been taken care of. <br />�. Plaza Bus Terminal: Mrs. Allen also suggested the mud PLAZA BUS <br />be cleaned off the sidewalk near the Bus Company parking TERMINAL, <br />lot.
