<br />HUD letter dated January 3, 1975: This letter, over
<br />the signature of Mr. Paul J. Topmiller, Acting Assistant
<br />Director, Technical Services Branch, advises the Wage
<br />Decision AR -3091, including Modification No. 1, dated
<br />September 27, 1974, is currently in effect for Disposi-
<br />tion Block 6, Green Belt, and the Plaza Park, for
<br />Project Indiana R -66. '
<br />Mr. Brownell advised this is per our request for an up-
<br />dated Wage Decision in connection with the Plaza Park
<br />contracts, which will be discussed, under "New Business,
<br />7a.
<br />HUD letter dated January 13, 1975: This letter, over
<br />the signature of Mr. James E. Armstrong, Area Director,
<br />advises approval of HUD Form 6202, Certificate of Cost
<br />of Non -Cash Local Grant -in -Aid, for the Model Cities
<br />Water -Sewer Grant surrounding and serving the MN #1
<br />part of Project A -10, in amount of $153,920.00.
<br />This was submitted to HUD under date of August 24,
<br />1974.
<br />Bankers Trust Company letter received January -6, 1975:
<br />This letter, over the signature of Mr. B. Rufa, Super-
<br />visor, Corporate Trust Operations, advises per their
<br />agreement to act as Paying Agent of our Project Notes,
<br />First Series, 1974, at 4.08 %, dated January 29, 1974,
<br />and due December 20, 1974, in aggregate principal amount
<br />of $10 Million, they have, with funds made available
<br />to them by us and /or our account, paid the principal
<br />of and interest on said notes to their maturity.
