WILLIAMS <br />Mr F. Jay Nimtz, President of the Redevelopment Commission, <br />said that we actually presented the Resolution from the <br />Board of Trustees, and the Commendation from the Redevelop- <br />me it Commission, on December 13, 1974, in recognition of <br />on of our former Commissioners who served this Board ably <br />an well. At that time, these were not framed, and the <br />Co issioners felt it would be fitting to have them framed. <br />President Nimtz said he wanted to redo the presentation- - <br />as the prior was just a "dress rehearsal" at that time- - <br />an now the Commissioners wanted to officially commend <br />Re erend Williams for his activity and service on this <br />Conmission, and to thank him on behalf of the community <br />fo his leadership, guidance, and counsel through the <br />ye rs.
