4. 4PPOINTMENT OF'LEGAL COUNSEL AND STAFF (Cbht'd <br />Mr. Gene Evans, Executive Secretary of the South Bend Civic <br />Planning Association, asked if the appointment for Mr. .Kevin <br />J. Butler is for the Legal Counsel personally, or the firm <br />of which he is a part. President Nimtz advised there is a <br />re- organization going on in that firm, and right now we ap- <br />pointed Kevin Butler. Mr. Kevin J. Butler is a personal ap- <br />pointment. <br />EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT FOR <br />YEAR. 1975: <br />Motion was made by Mr. Wiggins that Mr. C. Wayne Brownell <br />be named the Executive Director of the Department of Re- <br />development. Said motion was seconded by Mr. Chenney and <br />unanimously carried. <br />5. ADJOURNMENT <br />here being no further business for discussion for this portion <br />f the Commission Meeting, motion was made by Mr. Wiggins for <br />he adjournment of this meeting, and to immediately follow with <br />he Special Commission Meeting, which is being held in lieu of <br />he Regular Meeting of January 3, 1975.
