Butler, Commission Legal Counsel, consented to serve as <br />Temp rary Chairman for this meeting. <br />All the Commissioners, appointed to serve as a Commissioner of the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Department of Redevelopment, for <br />the calendar year 1975, by the Board of Trustees, were present, with <br />the exception of Mr. B. L. Wade. Mr. A. Peter Donaldson was welcomed <br />as a newly- appointed Commissioner -- replacement named for Reverend <br />Willie V.
