APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />resident Nimtz said he would like to make one correction <br />o the previous minutes of December 13, 1974; although <br />evin J. Butler, Commission Legal Counsel, didn't agree <br />ith him. He would like to have the minutes show that he <br />ook no participation in the action concerning the Bus <br />ompany's lease, which is on Page 19, and that Mr. Chenney <br />resided for that part, for the motion, as he did not <br />articipate, or vote, concerning the action of the Com- <br />ission in regard to the Bus Company's lease. Mr. Nimtz <br />equested to have that part of the meeting in, for the <br />ecord, to show that he did not participate in that, al- <br />hough Kevin Butler feels that there is no conflict of <br />nv interest at all. <br />- 1 - <br />MINUTES APPROVED, <br />WITH STIPULATION <br />FOR CORRECTION <br />ON ACTION TAKEN <br />ON SOUTH BEND <br />BUS COMPANY LEASE <br />
