Version 6-8-2017 <br />APPENDIX "C" <br />SCHEDULE: <br />No work under this Contract shall be performed by the CONSULTANT until the <br />CONSULTANT receives a written notice to proceed from the LPA. <br />All work by the CONSULTANT under this Contract shall be completed and delivered to the LPA <br />for review and approval within the approximate time periods shown in the following submission <br />schedule: <br />The CONSULTANT will be prepared to begin the work under this Agreement within five (5) <br />days after a letter of notification to proceed is received from the LPA. The CONSULTANT shall <br />conform to the below listed items: <br />Pre -construction Minutes written and distributed for concurrence, five (5) days after the Pre - <br />Construction meeting is held. <br />2. Final Construction Records to District Construction Director within forty-five (45) days of <br />the contractors last day of work. <br />3. Amended Final Construction Record as necessary to meet the requirements for Tree <br />Plantings, and Notice of Termination to District Construction Director within ten (10) days of <br />Tree Planting acceptance or Notice of Termination filing. <br />m <br />
