Proposed sanitary manhole shall be constructed to the rims, lines and grades shown on the Plans, <br />as well as the City Standard Details. <br />4. The frame and casting are to be included in the cost of the manhole installation. <br />5. The cost of sanitary bypass pumping operations shall not be paid for directly, but should be <br />included in the cost of the proposed sanitary manhole structures. <br />6.
