EDGAR WEF- HEIMER <br />Mr. Edgar Wertheimer's term will be expiring,on January 10, <br />1975, and Mr. Wertheimer requested he not be appointed for <br />another term. His appointment is by the Circuit Court Judge. <br />President Morrison will contact the Honorable John Montgomery, <br />Judge of Circuit Court. Mr. Wertheimer will serve until an <br />appointment is made. <br />Mr. Richardson commended Mr. Wertheimer and wanted to express <br />the Trustees' sincere thanks to Mr. Wertheimer for his years <br />of service to the Board of Trustees and the innumerable meet- <br />ings since December, 1970. <br />There being no further business to discuss, motion was duly <br />made by Mr. Richardson for adjournment, at 10:50 a.m. <br />Morrison, Presa ent Roland Kelly, Secretary <br />- 5 - <br />A.. <br />
