Richardson, to <br />again serve as Vice President of the Board of Trustees. <br />Motion was seconded by Mr. Kelly and unanimously carried. <br />3. SECRETARY <br />Mr. Richardson nominated Mr..Roland A. Kelly, to serve <br />as Secretary of the Board of Trustees. Motion was se- <br />conded by Mr. Wertheimer and unanimously carried. <br />No other nominations were received. Mr. Richardson made the <br />motion that the nominations be closed and the officers be <br />elected onto the Board of Trustees. Motion was seconded by <br />Mr. Wertheimer and unanimously carried. <br />The Trustees extended their congratulations to Mr. Roland <br />A. Kelly on his election to his office, and they-felt with <br />his background and experience that he will prove to be an <br />asset in the fulfillment of his duties. <br />APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONERS <br />President Morrison advised he had contacted the Trustees <br />and called all the Commissioners as to whether they would <br />serve another term if re- appointed. Reverend Willie V. <br />Williams, serving as Secretary of the South Bend Redevelop- <br />ment Commission, advised he did not want to be re- appointed. <br />The present Commissioners have serv,J since their appoint- <br />ments, as designated: <br />Mr. F.
