Mr. L. Kent Wilcox showed proofs of publication in The South Bend Tribune appearing on October 4 and 11, and correction on legal notice which appeared on October 16, 1974; also in the Tri- County News on October 4 and 11, 1574. The bid opening was held on October 29, 1974, at 10:00 a.m., E.S.T., publicly opened and noted on the tabulation sheet. Avalos, Inc. 17,350.00 1110 South Sherman Drive Indianapolis, Indiana 46203 The sites involved on the above are: Parcel No. 21 -10 327 South Michigan St. Parcel No. 21 -11 325 South Michigan St. Parcel No. 21 -12 323 South Michigan St. Parcel No. 21 -13 321 South Michigan St. The low bidder is Warner & Son's, Inc., in bid amount of $10,550.00, with all required executed documentation. The engineer's estimate was: $15,759.51. Staff re- commendation was that this contract be awarded to the low bidder, Warner & Son's, Inc., in bid amount of $10,550.00.
