4. COMMUNICATIONS
<br />NUD letter dated October 21; 1974: This letter,
<br />over the signature of Mr. Richard A. Jacobsen,
<br />Financial Management Specialist, Community Develop -
<br />ment Office, advises they have completed their analysis
<br />of the Certificate of Cash Needs (HUD - 6208), submitted
<br />as documentation requested for proposed sale of our
<br />Project Notes, for Project Indiana R -66, and the loan
<br />availability is insufficient.
<br />The proposed sale of Project Notes is approved for
<br />$10,150,000.00, plus interest with close -out date to
<br />June 20, 1975, in amount of $419,216.15, or a total
<br />of $10,569,216.15, per Requisition for Project Tempo-
<br />rary Loan Payment Form HUD -656.
<br />HUD letter dated October 215 1974: This letter,
<br />over the signature of Ms. Mary M. Dangles, Legal
<br />Financing Officer, Office of Regional Counsel,
<br />Region V. advises the advertisement of the Project
<br />Notes will be submitted, on our behalf, to The Daily
<br />Bond Buyer, for advertising on November 4, 1974,
<br />for the Second Series 1974 Project Notes, in amount
<br />of $10,150,000.00. This is in further reference to
<br />the above communication.
<br />The canvassing of bids will be on November 19, 1974,
<br />in our office, at 1:00 p.m., E.S.T.
<br />HUD letter dated October 22, 1974: This letter,
<br />over the signature of Mr. Paul J. Topmiller, Acting
<br />Assistant Director, Technical Services Branch,
<br />advises the wage rate decision AR -3091 is currently
<br />in effect for Demolition & Site Clearance Contract
<br />No. 38, including Modification No. l dated September
<br />27, 1974, Project Indiana R -66.
<br />Mr. L. Kent Wilcox advised this contract is up for
<br />award in this Commission meeting, and is on the Agenda,
<br />under "New Business, 6a."
