R -57 COMPLAINTS
It was previously mentioned in the last Commission meeting
that Circle Lumber, Inc. would be starting on this work.
We received a letter from Circle Lumber, Inc., dated
September 24, 1974, advising that after much deliberation
over the weekend, they have decided that they had better
turn down the three (3) jobs on Iowa Street. It was Mr.
Arthur A. Taelman, President, as the writer of the letter
and his opinion that they could not satisfy the owners.
The above have rooms sinking on the three residences.
Mr. Wilcox advised that the staff informed him this
morning that another contractor has agreed to submit
a bid, and hopefully we will receive that by the next
Commission meeting.
