<br />ment Specialist, Community Development Office, advises the
<br />outstanding Project Notes, under Private Financing Group
<br />74 -12, in Project Indiana A -10, mature on December 20,
<br />1974. The advertising date for this group is November 4,
<br />1974, and that the documentation be received in the HUD
<br />Regional Office on or before September 30, 1974.

<br />HUD letter dated September 23, 1974: This letter, over TEMPORARY LOAN
<br />the signature of Mr. Dean Swartzel, Acting Assistant REQUISITION NO. 3,
<br />Regional Administrator for Community Development, advises PROJECT CONTRACT
<br />our Temporary Loan Requisition No. 3, for Project Contract IND. A- 10(LG)
<br />Indiana A- 10(LG) has been approved in the amount of $283,400
<br />less Government inspection and audit fees of $1,494.00, and
<br />that a check will be mailed, in the amount of $281,906.00.
