7. <br />ESS REPORTS (Cont'd <br />Contracts Nos. 4, 6 and 8 have been re- advertised <br />for bid in accordance with HUD instructions and <br />new contractors will be determined by October 7. <br />Work on Contract No. 5 should be completed early <br />in October and construction on Contract No. 9 and <br />No. 11 is progressing well. Work on Contract No. <br />12 will not start until HUD concurrence is re- <br />ceived. <br />The remainder of the work on Contracts Nos. 3 and <br />7 will be re- advertised as one contract. <br />5) Relocation Progress'Report: Mrs. Dorothy Howell, <br />Director of Residential Relocation, submitted the <br />following written report: <br />Southeast N.D.P. A -10: Workload 11 - -6 families, 5 <br />individuals. <br />Model Cities'N.D.P. A -10: One individual temporarily <br />relocated. <br />R -57: One individual - -house in condemnation. <br />City -Wide: Workload 11 families. Four referrals <br />received this month. City -wide funds are in- <br />sufficient to allow relocation benefits for <br />our remaining workload. <br />Model Cities Substandard: Workload seven families. <br />One referral received this month. Working with <br />families. <br />STIONS AND /OR COMMENTS OR DISSERTATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC: <br />1) Block 6: On question raised if there is any change <br />from the last meeting on the advertising date <br />of the Public Offering of bid for Block 6, Mr. <br />Brownell advised he is not sure of that date <br />but is working on that now. He is working on <br />Proclaimers for Disposition Parcel No. 6 -1 and <br />6 -2, and working on the easements required for <br />acquisition parcel (electrical, gas, water, etc.), <br />access to bridge. He is talking to prospective <br />developers. <br />2) E -7 Project: Mrs. Glenda Rae Hernandez, Treasurer <br />of the Southeast PAC, stated we are saying the <br />people are happy regarding the E -7 Project, <br />and that we have not made many happy. Their <br />understanding was that these HUD programs were <br />voluntary and the people could pull out at any <br />time.
