Griffin, Chief Architectural and WATER FORCE ACCOUNT, Engineering Section, advised acceptance of Change Order No. 4, PHASE III, R -66 to Phase III, Water Force Account, Project Indiana R -66. On otion by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Rev. Williams and unani- mously carried, the above letters were received and are to be Olaced on file. 6. TOLD BUSINESS 7. INEW BUSI a. Gift Agreement: Authorization was requested for the GIFT AGREEMENT FOR President of the Redevelopment Commission and Executive NORTHERN INDIANA Director to execute the Gift Agreement for the Northern HISTORICAL SOCIETY, Indiana Historical Society, re donation to the Museum of two R -66 large design drawings of the St. Joseph River Parkway Plan, developed in 1932, by Mr. Robert Whitten. On motion by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Rev. Williams and unanimously carried, the above authorization was granted for oxecution. Resolution No. 493: This Resolution approves and RESOLUTION NO. 493 dire is the execution of Amendatory Contract No. 2 with the ADOPTED, A -10 Unit ad States of America for the Neighborhood Development Program, Indiana A -10.
