PROGRESS REPORTS'(COnt'd). <br />-- .- -- <br />il. . - -- <br />5) Conference on Reusin Rarpad'Stations- -Our <br />Mr. Tony Germano, architect, attended this Conference, and <br />su mitted a two -page report. <br />Mr. Germano brought other material back that is available <br />to anyone who is interested. <br />A number of the possible reuses for our own Union Station <br />could be for <br />Commercial complex, office spaces, restaurant, bar, <br />transportation center, mass transit, heliport, <br />educational facility, community center, recreational <br />facility, museum and market area. <br />The above are some of the possible uses. A number of these <br />use would have a great effect on the area adjacent to the <br />str cture and could be the impetus of a large renewal program. <br />9. NEXT MEETING <br />The next meeting of the Redevelopment Commission will be <br />at 0:30 a.m., Friday, August 16, 1974, in the Office of the <br />Dep rtment of Redevelopment. <br />10.
