Boorda, President. The officers IUM, R -66 <br />and board of directors of The Broadway Theater League are <br />recommending to the Redevelopment Commission that any land <br />adjac nt to the Morris Civic Auditorium be considered, where <br />appro riate and feasible, for the expansion and improvement <br />of fa ilities at the auditorium. <br />The L ague feels that the Morris Civic Auditorium has a <br />defin to role historically, esthetically, and economically <br />in th development of South Bend as one of the most attrac- <br />tive nd viable cities in the Midwest. <br />Mr. Lennon advised this letter will be forwarded to our <br />developers. <br />Letter dated June 27, 1974, from The Hickey FINAL INSPECTION, <br />Compa6y, Inc.: Blocks one through six have been substanti- SOUTH END OF RIVER <br />ally completed, and Hickey Company expects to complete blocks BEND PLAZA, R -66 <br />11 and 12 in one week.
