<br />signature of Mr. Stephen J. Havens, Director, Operations GRANT -IN -AID,
<br />Division, advises of HUD concurrence for the Non -Cash Local FIRE STATION
<br />Grant-in-Aid, in the amount of $75,330.00, to construct a APPROVAL, MN #1,
<br />fire station, in the Model Neighborhood (MN #1), Neighborhood A -10
<br />Development Program, Indiana Project A -10.
<br />It his been approved by the area office that 27.9% of the
<br />area served by the Model Neighborhood Fire Station serves the
<br />Indiana R -57 Project Area. This was verbally approved at a
<br />meet "ng July 29, 1973, in Chicago, between the Region and
<br />Area Office Personnel.
<br />i. HUD letter dated May 9, 1974: This letter, over the ACQUISITION AND
<br />signature of Mr. Stephen J. Havens, Director, Operations DISPOSITION,
<br />Division, summarizes the monitoring of acquisition and dis- R -57, R -66 & A -10
<br />position activity for fiscal year '74, for Projects R -57,
<br />R -66 and A -10.
<br />The cquisition activity monitoring is based on HUD Handbook
<br />1320 1, Real Property Acquisition, which in turn is based upon
<br />requ "rements of PL 91 -646.
