7. <br />PROGRESS REPORTS (Cont'd) <br />The next issue of the River Bend Gazette will be in Sunday's <br />edition of The South Bend Tribune, June 16, 1974. <br />President Helmen said Mrs. Greenhut's report and Mr. Lou <br />Wilcox's is very good and exciting. The culmination of the <br />River Bend Plaza is finally here and we are looking forward to <br />that day. Everyone has really worked hard. The "gang" here, <br />along with the Executive Director, should really get credit <br />for it. <br />b. E -6: Mr. Lennon advised this is a Model Cities <br />ct and is moving along well. <br />c. E -7: Mr. Lennon said the Southeast Project Ordinance <br />is before the City Council and will be set for a public hearing <br />dat . This is designated as the E -7 Project. <br />d. NDP A -10: Mr. Lennon advised the Commission discussed <br />this above and authorized submission for funds. <br />e. Staff Reports: <br />E -6 <br />E -7 <br />NDP A -10 <br />1) Business Relocation, R -66: Mr. John A. Kotzenmacher, BUSINESS <br />Director, Business Relocation Division, advised in his written RELOCATION, R -66 <br />report that there were no claims filed during April, 1974. <br />2) Property Management Report: This report is also PROPERTY MANAGE - <br />Mr. John A. Kotzenmac er, as the Director of the Property REPORT <br />ement Division: <br />R-66: The total receipts collected during the month of April, <br />1974, was $6,514.75. In this total the Department of <br />Public Welfare payment in full is included. <br />A-10: We received $41.00 from our only tenant in this project <br />during April, 1974. <br />R -5 No tenants at present. <br />8. NEXT MEETING: <br />The next meeting of the Redevelopment Commission will be NEXT COMMISSION <br />at 10:30 a.m., Friday, June 7, 1974, in the Office of the De- MEETING: 6 -7 -74 <br />par#nent of Redevelopment. <br />Also, the following meeting for the Commission, by our by- JULY 5, 1974 <br />laws, would be scheduled for July 5, 1974, which is a holiday COMMISSION MEETING <br />for the employees. Approval and authorization was requested CHANGED TO 7 -3 -74 <br />to have that meeting held on Wednesday, July 3, the day before <br />our Grand Opening of the River Bend Plaza Ethnic Folk Festival. <br />On motion by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Rev. Williams and <br />unanimously carried, the first Commission meeting in the month <br />of July will be on Wednesday, July 3, in lieu of Friday, July 5, <br />1974, at 10:30 a.m. <br />- 13 - <br />
