<br />This letter serves as official notification that we are a R -66
<br />party to a suit filed by claimant (the owners of Palais Royale
<br />Building, and, in particular, the space in that building
<br />known as the Walker's Shoe Store) for alleged damages result-
<br />ing to their property. Mr. William N. Farabaugh, with the
<br />law firm of Chapleau, Roper, McInerny, Minczeski & Farabaugh,
<br />is representing the claimant.
<br />Mr. Lennon advised this correspondence has been turned over
<br />to 4r legal counsel.
