Bauer, Staff <br />Architect gave a brief report on this and that <br />the purchase offer by Kezkap Corporation, oper- <br />ator.of the Avon Theatre, has been agreed on, <br />duly signed by the company and mailed back to his <br />office. Upon receipt of this he will present the <br />offer to the National Bank Trust Department and <br />feels it will be accepted by the trustees for <br />the Avon property. <br />AVON THEATRE, R -66 <br />2) Business Relocation, R -66: A brief written BUSINESS RELOCATION, <br />report was submitted by Mr. John A. The majority of these inspections required <br />either clarification or complete reinspections due <br />to improper wording, unclear violation descriptions <br />and poor recommendations to correct violations. <br />- 13 - <br />
