This is the area the South Bend Public Transportation Corpora- tion is using and this amount is included in the $14,294.00 they are reimbursing us for site improvements. On m tion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded_by Mr. Chenney and unani- mously carried, the above Agreement with Rieth -Riley Construc- tion Company, Inc., in amount of $2,185.00, was approved. Addendum Agreement with Rieth -Riley Construction ADDENDUM AGREEMENT Company, Inc.: Authorization was requested to execute Adden- WITH RIETH -RILEY dum Agreement with Rieth -Riley Construction Company, Inc., CONSTRUCTION COMPANY adding a Bidder's Certification to the contract entered into INC. APPROVED, R -66 Novernber 30, 1973, Project Indiana R -66. Mr. Lennon advised this is a legal requirement. In their original discussion with us on building the concrete approach, they did not include the Bidder's Certification. On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade and unani- mously carried, the Addendum Agreement with Rieth -Riley Con- struction Company, Inc. was approved, and the President and ecretary authorized to execute the document. h. Change Order No. 3 to Demolition & Site Clearance CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 Contract No. 32: Change Order No. 3 to this contract, with TO DEMOLITION & SITE Julius O'Neal Trucking Company is for a decrease in contract CLEARANCE CONTRACT amount of $200.00, to eliminate the portion of the work to NO. 32 APPROVED, place drain tile and storm sewer connections at the Tower R -66 Building. The contract time is requested to be changed to April 15, 1974, Project Indiana R -66. Mr. Lennon advised this portion of the work had originally been requested due to a drainage problem, and upon further investigation, this portion of the work was not needed, re- sulting in a decrease in the contract amount. On motion by Rev. Williams, seconded by Mr. Chenney and unani- mously carried, Change Order No. 3 to Demolition & Site Clear- ance Contract No. 32 was approved for a decrease in contract amount of $200.00 and extension of contract time to April 15, 1974. i. Change Order No. 1 to Demolition & Site Clearance CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 Contract No. 33: Change.Order No. 1 to this contract, with TO DEMOLITION & SITE Julius O'Neal Trucking Company is for an increase in contract CLEARANCE CONTRACT amount of $580.00, for the installation of a driveway access to NO. 33 APPROVED, the lot presently occupied by the South Bend Public Transporta- R -66 tion Corporation. This amount is also included in the total figure for reimbursement by the Bus Company. - 12 -
