Bainaka, Acting Director, Operations BUSINESS RELOCATION, <br />Division, requests additional information relative to our annual R -66 <br />reports or business relocation downtown, R -66 Project. <br />Mr. Lenno advised we answered this letter on December 21, 1973 <br />and it sh uld now be received and placed on file. Said motion <br />made by R v. Williams, seconded by Mr. Wiggins and unanimously carried. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />a, Change Order No. 1 to Demolition & Site Clearance <br />Contract No. 34: This contract is with Jackson Wrecking <br />Company o Rochester, Indiana. This change order is for <br />extra costs to demolish the two -story brick building with <br />basement, located at 104 -108 North Michigan Street, known <br />as the Sally Swiss Building. This item was discussed in <br />the last Commission meeting and action deferred for further <br />research ty our engineer, Bill Slabaugh, and our staff to <br />check wit the developer whether they would be interested <br />in allowi g some portion of the 10' x 10' x 3' bases of the <br />columns t remain. <br />- 3 - <br />CHANGE ORDER N0. 1 <br />TO DEMOLITION & SITE <br />CLEARANCE CONTRACT NO. <br />34 APPROVED, R -66 <br />
