(d) (c) (7) For all Any person who violates any other <br /> violations provision of this chapter and its provisions including <br /> but not limited to section 5 8, General animal care regulations, <br /> section 5 15, Acreage requirements for certain domestic animals, <br /> and section 5 13, Annual vaccination of dogs and cats reed, <br /> and section 5 47, Fees, unless otherwise specified, citations <br /> shall be issued with fines of twenty-five dollars ($25 . 00) for <br /> the first offense, and fifty dollars ($50 . 00) for each offense <br /> thereafter. <br /> (d) Warning notices and citations lists. <br /> The Department of Code Enforcement shall compile a summary <br /> list of all warning notices and citations issued pursuant to this <br /> Section by the last Friday of each month, and shall send the list <br /> to the Department of Law, the Chairperson of the Health and <br /> Public Safety and the Chairperson of the Residential <br /> Neighborhoods Committees of the Common Council, to the City <br /> Clerk' s office, and to the Animal Control Commission. <br /> (f) Violators, upon conviction, may be givcn thc <br /> opportunity to work in a community service program such as a <br /> humane society and/or participate in a humane education program, <br /> if so recommended by the Court . <br /> (g) In addition to the citation procedure, a fine up to two <br /> thousand five hundred dollars ($2, 500 . 00) may be imposed for <br /> individuals violating the sections 5 8, 5 12, and 5 19 . Any <br /> person who violates any provision of this article three (3) or <br /> more times per calendar year shall be fincd up to two thousand <br /> five hundred dollars ($2,540 . 00) for all such violations upon a <br /> court of competcnt jurisdiction finding said owner to be in <br /> violation thereof. <br /> SECTION XI .
