(c) (2) Any person who violates any of the following <br /> sections : <br /> §5 12, "Poisoning of animals, " <br /> § 5-20 Performing animal exhibitions, <br /> §5-28 (c) Specific regulation - breeding. <br /> shall be subject to a citation fine of fifty seventy-five <br /> dollars ($50-.00) ($75 . 00) per violation, which shall be paid <br /> through the Ordinance Violations Bureau. <br /> (3) Any person who violates section 5-27, Licensing, shall <br /> be subject to a fine of one hundred dollars ($100 . 00) . <br /> ALLEL (c) (4) Any person, firm or corporation violating <br /> provision section 5-23, keeping certain animals prohibited, shall <br /> be fined not less than two hundred dollars ($200 . 00) for the <br /> first offense and not more than five hundred dollars ($500 . 00) <br /> for each subsequent offense; and a separate offense shall be <br /> deemed committed on each day during which or on which a violation <br /> occurs or continues . <br /> (c) (5) Any person who violates any of the following <br /> sections : <br /> § 5-8 General animal care regulations; <br /> § 5-12 Poisoning of animals; <br /> § 5-19 Annual vaccination of dogs and cats required; <br /> or <br /> §5-28 (f) Specific regulations - fighting, <br /> shall be fined not more than two thousand, five hundred dollars <br /> ($2, 500 . 00) . <br /> (c) (6) Any person who violates any of the following <br /> sections : <br /> § 5-28 (a) Specific regulations - Defacing tatoos; <br /> § 5-28 (b) Specific regulations - Notification; <br /> § 5-28 (c) Specific regulations - Breeding; - <br /> § 5-28 (g) Specific regulations - public property; <br /> § 5-28 (h) Specific regulations - notification by <br /> owner/agent, <br /> shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50 . 00) . <br /> 39 <br />
