Both sides <br /> Third District were determined to reach their goals and remained focused on their objectives <br /> throughout the negotiating process. <br /> John Broden <br /> Fourth District We have the most trained and professional fire department in the state <br /> of Indiana. The South Bend Fire Department is made up of dedicated <br /> David Varner firefighters who strive twenty-four hours a day to provide quality fire and <br /> Fifth District emergency medical services to our citizens. This ordinance, and the Collective <br /> Bargaining Agreement which will be acted upon by the Board of Public Safety <br /> Thomas Zakrzewski on Wednesday,will set the standard of excellence so that the South Bend Fire <br /> Sixth District Department will be the model fire department of its size in our nation by the year <br /> 2000.
