A 20 foot wide street consisting of the following eight (8) sections: 1. Beginning at the north right of way line of the first east/west alley north of Broadway Street, a distance of 158 feet, more or less to the south right of way line of Pennsylvania Avenue. 2. From the north right of way line of Pennsylvania Avenue, north a distance of 130 feet, more or less, to the south right of way line of Paris Street. 3. From the north right of way line of Paris Street, north 130 feet, more or less, to the south right of way of the first east/west alley north of Paris Street. 4. From the north right of way line of the first east/west alley north of Paris Street, 132 feet, more or less, north to the south right of way line of Wenger Street. 5. From the north right of way of Wenger Street, north 132 feet, more or less, to the south right of way line of the first east/west alley north of Wenger Street. 6. From the north right of way line of the first east/west alley north of Wenger Street, north a distance of 132 feet, more or less, to the south right of way line of Keasey Street. 7. From the north right of way line of Keasey Street north 132 feet, more or less, to the south right of way line of the first east/west alley north of Keasey Street. 8. From the north right of way line of the first east/west alley north of Keasey Street, north 132 feet, more or less, to the south right of way line of Ohio Street and the line of terminus. JOSEPH'S STREET A parcel of land located in the East Half (EY2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW%) of Section Thirteen (13), Township thirty-seven (37) North, Range Two (02) East of the Second Principal Meridian and as shown on the recorded Plat of Haney's Addition, Book 6, Page 13 and being in the City of South Bend, Portage Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the north right of way line of Broadway Street; thence north 153 feet, more or less, and a width of 60 feet to the south line of the first east-west alley, north of Broadway Street. Also: Beginning at the north right of way line of the first east-west alley north of Broadway Street; thence north 165.6 feet, more or less, and a width of 60 feet, to the south right of way line of Pennsylvania Avenue, and being the line of terminus. A PORTION OF PARIS STREET A parcel of land located in the East Half (E'/) of the Northwest Quarter (NW%) of Section Thirteen (13), Township thirty-seven North, Range Two (02) East of the Second Principal Meridian and as shown on the recorded Plat of Elder Place Book 5, Page 13 and all being located in the City of South Bend, Portage Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the east right of way line of Michigan Street; thence east 195 feet, more or less, for a width of 54 feet, to a line of terminus, said line of terminus being the westerly limit of a vacated portion of said Paris Street and described in Resolution No. 3425, 1975.
