RELOCATION, <br />Planning and Relocation Branch, requesting additional information R -66 <br />on moving cost estimates relating to The Philadelphia, Inc. and <br />authorizing partial payment. <br />Mr. Le non advised the Poledor Corporation, owners of the build- <br />ing, his been notified and we have asked whether they want total <br />paymen when HUD concurs, or partial payment at this time. We <br />have n t received word from them, as yet. <br />c. HUD letter dated September 26, 1973: This letter is over PROJECT NOTES, <br />the signature of Mr. Emil Vitucci, Associate Regional Counsel for IND. A -10 <br />Private Market Financing, advising receipt of Third Series, 1973, <br />Project Notes and related documents for Project Ind. A -10. The <br />documents have been distributed in accordance with established <br />proced res and all actions necessary on behalf of the Government <br />have b en completed. <br />d. HUD letter dated September 26, 1973: This letter is over ENVIRONMENTAL <br />the signature of Mr. H. L. Bainaka, Acting Director, Operations CLEARANCE REVIEW, <br />Division and is in regard to environmental clearance review for R -57 <br />Project Ind. R -57. <br />Mr. Lennon advised our staff is working on the forms and the <br />comple ion date for review is January 4, 1974. <br />On motion by Rev. Williams, seconded by Mr. Wade and unani- <br />mously carried, the letters are to be placed on record. <br />5. OLE, BUSINESS <br />a.
