Our engineer's estimate was <br />$22,954 00. Our concern is that their bid is $12,000 below <br />the eng neer's estimate. <br />Mr. Har ey Jackson of the Jackson Wrecking Company was in <br />the and ence and advised he had bid low and was willing to <br />absorb lessor profit, as he is new in South Bend and needs <br />- 7 - <br />
