7. RROGRESS REPORTS'(Contld) <br />On Au ust 8, 1973, the E -6 Site Office moved to 1002 West <br />Thomai Street, Model Cities Building, with Mr. Keith Crighton <br />in charge. Staff consists of: John Davis, Chief Inspector; <br />John ouroubetes, James Johnson, Margaret Rush Financial <br />Advis rs; and Jackie Ford, Secretary. <br />On August 8, 1973, the Relocation Office relocated to the <br />Downtown Office and merged into a Site Office at the Southeast <br />PAC Office, 313 East Broadway Street. <br />Our M del Neighborhood Office is also located in the Model Cities <br />Building. Our inspectors have transferred to the Substandard <br />Building Department. <br />i. Relocation Progress Report: Mrs. Dorothy Howell, RELOCATION PROGRESS <br />Director of Residential Relocation, submitted a written report REPORT <br />for her staff: <br />Ind. -96: Project is closed. Additional payments are being <br />made. <br />Kaley School & Project E-3: Closed. <br />Southeast Side A -10: Nine offer to purchase letters were <br />received. Al cases have been assigned to Relocation <br />Officers. Claims for relocation benefits are being <br />submitted. <br />Model Cities A -10: Seventeen offer to purchase letters <br />were received. All cases have been assigned to Relo- <br />cation Officers. Relocation benefits are being paid. <br />Working with the families. <br />Ind. R-57: Workload five families - -one family is purchasing <br />a home, expects to move by this weekend 9 -8 -73. Working <br />with remaining families. <br />Merry venue Project: Two families remaining on workload. <br />On family is expected to move by 9- 13 -73. <br />Model ',ities Substandard: Workload fourteen families. Officers <br />ar working closely with them. <br />City Wide: Workload thirty - seven. -- 36 families and one individual. <br />8.
