Resolution No. 460: Requested Commission action is RESOLUTION NO. 460 <br />on Resolution No. 460, confirming Declaratory Resolution No. ADOPTED, R -66 <br />456, in regard to the Central Downtown Urban Renewal Project. <br />President Helmen requested Mr. Lennon read this Resolution. <br />Mr. Lennon read Resolution No. 460, in its entirety. <br />Mr . ggins moved for the adoption of Resolution No. 460, se- <br />conde Wi by Mr. Chenney, and the votes were: <br />Motion <br />and so <br />AYES NAYS <br />Mr. Fred J. Helmen None <br />Mr. John E. Chenney <br />Rev. Willie V. Williams <br />Mr. Donald A. Wiggins <br />was unanimous for the adoption of Resolution No. 460, <br />carried. <br />The Ch�ir said the Public Hearing is now closed and the Com- <br />missio meeting will resume. <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />On motion by Rev. Williams, seconded by Mr. Chenney and <br />unanim usly carried, the Minutes of Regular Meeting of July <br />20, 19 3 were approved. <br />4. AP�ROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />On motion by Mr. <br />unanimously carried, <br />approved for payment. <br />Wiggins, seconded by Rev.
